Nasceu em 1972, em Barcelos.
Terminou o curso de Arquitectura pela Escola Superior Artística do Porto sob a orientação de Nuno Mateus (ARX Portugal) em 1998.
Em 2000, trabalhou com Jo Coenen, Architekten, em Maastricht, Holanda.
Colaborou com GLCS -Arquitectos, Lda. em trabalhos como o Teatro de Leiria, o Teatro de Fafe e o Centro de Comando Operacional de Lisboa.
Estabeleceu no Porto o atelier PEEL – living projects.
Organizou e comissariou o intercâmbio Flexibility DCA/ESAP – LIA/TU Berlin entre os Cursos de Arquitectura da Escola Superior Artística do Porto e a Technische Universität Berlin.
Foi crítico convidado da Universidade de Aachen e da TU Berlin (Alemanha) para trabalhos do curso de Arquitectura e do Departamento LIA.
Conferencista em 2006 – “ARX Portugal e NO+PC. Arq.” – Universidade Lusíada.
Tem trabalhos publicados em edições online e impressas.
Mestrado pela FAUP e investigador abordando “A Sustentabilidade na Arquitectura Actual Através de Técnicas de Construção em Terra Crua”.
Born in 1972, in Barcelos.
Graduated in 1998 from the Art School of Porto under the guidance of Nuno Mateus (ARX Portugal). In 2000 worked with Jo Coenen, Architekten, in Maastricht, Holland.
Back in Portugal, started a collaboration with GLCS-Architects, Ltd.
Established the PEEL – living projects studio in Porto, in 2009.
Organized and commissioned the exchange Flexibility DCA / ESAP – LIA / TU Berlin between the courses of Architecture of the ESAP and the Technische Universität Berlin. Was visiting critic at the University of Aachen and TU Berlin, at the Department of Architecture and LIA. Lecturer in 2006 – “ARX Portugal and NO + PC. Architects”, in Lusíada University.
Has published works in print and online editions.
Master by FAUP and researcher over “Sustainability in Contemporary Architecture Through Raw and Rammed Earth Techniques”.
